Getting started with PressPlay is quick and straightforward. This guide walks you through creating your account, joining an organization, and accessing the platform for the first time.
PressPlay uses Auth0 for secure, enterprise-grade authentication. You can create an account using email or social login options.
Navigate to app.pressplay.phiture.com
Click "Sign In" or "Get Started"
You'll be redirected to the Auth0 login page
You have several options for creating your account:
Click "Sign Up" on the Auth0 login page
Enter your email address
Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
Click "Sign Up"
Check your email for a verification link
Click the verification link to confirm your email address
Click "Continue with Google"
Select your Google account
Grant permissions when prompted
Your account will be created automatically
Depending on your organization's configuration, you may see additional options like Microsoft, GitHub, or other identity providers.
If you signed up with email and password:
Check your email inbox for a message from PressPlay/Auth0
Click the "Verify Email" link in the message
You'll be redirected back to PressPlay
Your account is now verified and active
Note: The verification link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, you can request a new one from the login page.
PressPlay uses an organization-based structure. Each organization represents a company or team and has its own set of publishers, apps, and experiments.
If your team already uses PressPlay:
Create your account using the steps above
Ask your organization administrator to invite you
You'll receive an invitation email
Click the invitation link to join the organization
Upon login, you'll have access to your organization's apps and experiments
If you're the first person from your company to use PressPlay:
Complete account creation
Contact PressPlay support to set up your organization
Provide your organization name and billing information
Once your organization is created, you'll be designated as the admin
You can then invite team members to join
After creating your account and joining an organization:
Click "Sign In"
Enter your credentials or use social login
You'll be redirected to the PressPlay dashboard
Upon first login, you'll see:
Empty Publishers List: You haven't connected any Google Play Console accounts yet
Getting Started Guide: In-app prompts to help you connect your first publisher
Main Navigation: Access to Publishers, Apps, Create Experiment, and Settings
Log in to PressPlay
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
Select "Account Settings"
Click "Security"
Enable "Two-Factor Authentication"
Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
Enter the verification code to complete setup
Your password must meet these criteria:
At least 8 characters long
Include at least one uppercase letter
Include at least one lowercase letter
Include at least one number
Special characters are recommended but not required
Click your profile icon
Select "Account Settings"
Click "Change Password"
Enter your current password
Enter your new password twice
Click "Update Password"
If you forget your password:
Go to the login page
Click "Forgot Password?"
Enter your email address
Check your email for a password reset link
Click the link to create a new password
Enter your new password twice
Click "Reset Password"
Complete your profile for a better experience:
Click your profile icon
Select "Profile"
Add or update:
Display name
Profile picture (optional)
Email preferences
Timezone (for accurate experiment scheduling)
Click "Save Changes"
When you join an organization, you're assigned a role:
Admin: Full access to all features, can manage users and billing
Member: Can create and manage experiments, view reports
Viewer: Read-only access to experiments and reports

Once your account is set up:

Click your profile icon
Select "Account Settings"
Click "Change Email"
Enter your new email address
Verify the new email address via the confirmation link sent to your new email
To delete your account:
Contact your organization administrator
Request account removal
Admin will remove you from the organization
Your data will be retained per data retention policies
Note: If you're the last admin in an organization, you must transfer admin rights before your account can be removed.
Check your spam/junk folder
Wait 5-10 minutes (email delivery can be delayed)
Request a new verification email from the login page
Ensure your email address was entered correctly
Verify your email address (check for verification email)
Ensure you're using the correct login method (email vs. social login)
Try password reset if using email/password
Clear browser cookies and try again
Log out completely and log back in
Verify you clicked the invitation link
Contact your organization admin to resend the invitation
